The Ukraine crisis divides the world into two parts which reminds about the cold war period confrontation. It seems that the iron curtain has returned and covered the Europe once again. When the crisis began, the west and East has demonstrated nuances regard- ing their view of Russia-Ukraine Crisis. In recent UN general assem- bly, 141 countries voted in favor of the proposal, 35 countries abstain and 5 courtiers voted against the proposal which was raised to stop the Ukraine war immediately. However, Western front is unanimously in favor of condemning Putin for his actions where as south Asian countries are in dilemma regarding their response due to their strategic, diplomatic and economic relationship with Russia. It seems that despite the overwhelming support for the resolution, there were noteworthy divisions among the states about how to deal the crisis.
