Chinese integration of neighboring powers along with the inclusion of global superpowers USA and Russia and an invitation to influential Qatar and Indonesia on Afghanistan talks in Tunxi, Chinese eastern province of Anhui, marks a big breakthrough in its leadership and commitment to resolving its neighborhood problem by accommodating a wide array of parties for a durable solution.
